Corinthian Court
512 Van Ness, also known as Corinthian Court, is a magnificently restored luxury apartment building. Newly remodeled interiors offer the comfort of modern amenities in suites that recall the splendor and decadence of the late 19th century. Corinthian Court was built in 1915 as San Francisco welcomed a new era of prosperity with the hosting of World Fair that same year. Much of the architectural detail and construction material, including the exterior columns, were originally part of the World Fair exhibitions.

Transportation
Conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco's Civic Center, Corinthian Court provides easy access to public transportation and many adjacent neighborhoods such as the Financial District, South of Market (SOMA), Chinatown, South Park and nearby Fisherman's Wharf. Several municipal bus lines, light rail (BART) and taxi stands are just steps away from the building. Parking is available and freeway entrances are only a few blocks away.

The Neighborhood
Steps away from Corinthian Court, you will find the historic and recently renovated City Hall, War Memorial Opera House, Davies Symphony Hall, San Francisco Main Library, State Courthouse, the New Asian Art Museum, Herbst Theater and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Among the many fine restaurants in the Civic Center district, two occupy the ground floor of our building - Spuntino's (an Italian bistro) and Sunny Jim's City Grill (classic American cuisine). Within walking distance, you will also find several popular movie theaters, retail shops, a new 24-hour gymnasium, bookstores and late night diners.
